About Brandon Butler
Founder of BElite Lacrosse | Coach | Mentor | Advisor
A Connecticut native, I first picked up a lacrosse stick at the age of 12 and never looked back. Growing up, the game became more than just a sport to me. It was an outlet, a way to stay focused, release energy, and navigate the challenges of my environment. What began as a pastime quickly grew into a passion, and ultimately, a lifelong mission.
I founded BElite Lacrosse to give back to the game that gave me everything by and to help the next generation of athletes unlock their full potential both on and off the field. My coaching is rooted in a deep belief: that every athlete has greatness inside them, and with the right mentorship, they can find it.
With over two decades of coaching and player development experience, I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of athletes across all levels. My goal is simple — to teach the game at the highest level while mentoring young players to believe in themselves, stay disciplined, and strive toward their dreams with purpose.
My approach is holistic:
Whether I’m running a private session, coaching a group, or advising on the recruiting process, my focus remains the same: build better athletes, and even better people.
Brandon Butler is a recognized leader in the lacrosse community, known for his dedication, integrity, and consistent production of top-tier talent. Over the years, I’ve become a trusted resource for both players and families looking to take the next step — from youth to high school, from high school to college, and beyond.
As a coach, advisor, and speaker, I continue to share insights through training programs, clinics, and speaking engagements — always with a commitment to excellence and community.
Off the field, I’m a proud husband and father. My wife and I are raising three energetic boys and two rescue dogs — and our life is full of movement, love, and adventure. We spend as much time as we can outdoors — hiking, hitting the beach, traveling, or just enjoying time in our backyard. Seeing my sons fall in love with the same game that shaped my life is one of the greatest joys I’ve ever known.
