Private Instructional Lessons

Private one on one instructional lesson sessions are the most elite of our services offering an in depth way to enhance your lacrosse techniques. Each session is customized to fit the individual's desired focus and to concentrate on their specific areas of improvement. Schedules are created on an individual case basis and can be modified to conform with the client's busy schedule. Lessons are held at the client's home, their local field, or at a local field house/rec center based on the client's preference.

These one on one lessons will focus on proper techniques that will increase accuracy. The elite shooting drills will force you to train while being tired and speed dodging to attack the net and set up a goal.
